1 . SQA lead             
    必须项：
    * 英文阅读流利
    * 工作负责，为人友善
    * 测试工作经验5-7 年以上，熟悉测试流程，熟悉测试用例设计
       *  Have rich knowledge in Fibre Channel, SCSI. At least 3-5 testing experience in SAN, data storage equipment. Familiar with disk array, tape library from different vendors. Very familiar with  backup softwares (TSM, NBU, etc)
       * have experience in firmware testing
       * have experience in testing automation
    * 有至3 年以上的测试团队管理经验，熟悉测试管理流程，有很好的沟通能力，风险控制能力和质量控制能力
    * 良好的学习能力，沟通能力，逻辑清楚严谨
    * 英文写作流利，写过英文文档和邮件


2 . QA Engineer
    必须项：
    * 英文阅读流利
    * 工作负责，为人友善
    * 测试工作经验2年以上，熟悉测试流程，熟悉测试用例设计
       *  Strongly prefer to be familiar with disk array, tape library operation/testing from different vendors, familiar with backup softwares (TSM, NBU, etc)
       *  have testing experience in vxWorks environment. have testing experience in system with high availability features.
       *  understand C, Phython, Perl
       *  be able to write testing script, have experience in test automation

    * 良好的学习能力，沟通能力，逻辑清楚严谨

    可选项：
    * 英文写作流利，写过英文文档和邮件
   3 . QA Engineer
    必须项：
    * 英文阅读流利
    * 工作负责，为人友善
    * 测试工作经验2年以上，熟悉测试流程，熟悉测试用例设计
       *  Strongly prefer to be familiar with PKI. familiar with openSSL, SSH. have knowledge in data encryption.

       *  have testing experience in vxWorks environment. have testing experience in system with high availability features is optional.
       *  have testing experience in data security product
       *  have experience in test automation
