J2EE Stoarge Management Software Engineer [Java] (J2EE 存储管理软件工程师)

Job Description
To develop the next generation for iQstor Storage Resource Manager (SRM), which is based on SMI (Storage Management Initiative) information model.

Qualifications
1.       Experience in enterprise software product development with J2EE or certificate is desired.
2.       Must possess a very strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
3.       Strong ability on OO modeling and design pattern utilization.
4.       Background in development of multi-threaded asynchronous applications and customizable report.
5.       RDBMS/SQL experience (Oracle and MySQL preferred).
6.       A plus with in-depth experience using multiple J2EE technologies such as JMX, JNDI, JTA, JMS, JCA, etc.
7.       Knowledge in Extreme Programming/Agile Programming methodologies.
8.       Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.
9.       Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
10.    Qualities: passionate, integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, self-motivated, whilst offering and open to new ideas.
11.    B.S. degree, major in Computer Science or related fields.
