Manager
Job Description:
1. Support the company to achieve the sales target on the responsible stroage products.
2. Identify the domestic markets and work out the product strategies and positioning for the managed products.
3. Identify the issues and problems of product selling and drive the resolution process.
4. Identify the skill improvement requirements of sales, pre-sales, post-sales team and organize the right trainings to continuously improve their skills, identify the needs for the sales kit and manage to develop team.
5. Develop the channel program for the managed product and develop the alliance with other technology partner.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years working experience in IT industry.
2. With the similar experience in other IT company is preferable.
3. With the sales experience is preferable.
4. Bachelors Degree or above.
5. Good spoken and written English (CET6)
