Embedded Software Senior Test Engineer (嵌入软件高级测试工程师)

Job Description
Provide support to enable the automatic test for iQstor products of embedded software or storage resource manager.
Responsibilities
1. Working closely with iQstor Dev. group and P.S. team in America and Asia to deliver software bundles, from concept, designation to release.
2. Develop and write Test Plan with Test Cases designation (Customer-Oriented).
3. Problems identification and investigation.
4. Test environment set up, test case execution, CR follow-up, test result report.
5. Interoperability or compatibility test with products from 3rd partners.
6. Provide the 2nd level support to marketing and customers for technical issues.
Qualifications
1. Proven-track record of Engineering Testing methods and process for Embedded Software product for enterprise.
2. System performance test experiences are desired.
3. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
4. UNIX (any) knowledge is a MUST. Script programming is plus.
5. Demonstrated skills on test plan development and execute all test cases within the allocated test execution schedule.
6. Good verbal and written communication in English / CET-6.
7. A quick learner with strong desire to learn and excel.
8. Qualities: open, passionate, integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, self-motivated, whilst offering and open to new ideas.
9. BS degree, major in Computer Science or Engineering related area.
Software Senior Auto-Test Engineer (软件自动化高级测试工程师)

Job Description

1. Development for test utilities (performance, data integrity, press), automation script, diagnostics software
2. Working closely with iQstor Dev. group and P.S. team in America and Asia to deliver software bundles, from concept, designation to release.
3. Problems identification and investigation.
Qualifications
1. Experiences in script (Perl, …) or Java programming is a MUST.
2. Win2k/2k3 / UNIX (any) / DBMS administration skills are required, preferred with certificates from SUN, Oracle, Microsoft etc.
3. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
4. Good verbal and written communication in English / CET-6.
5. Preferably with knowledge and experience in storage/backup areas.
6. A quick learner with strong desire to learn and excel.
7. Qualities: open, passionate, integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, self-motivated, whilst offering and open to new ideas.
8. BS degree, major in Computer Science or Engineering related area.
