Solutions Architecture Manager
solution ( data center +sever+storage)

Job Descriptions:-
ü
Provide technical advises & consultation to support to Solution Design Center team on scoping of level  1 & 2  of services infrastructure solution to Sales Team.
ü
Provide professional support in writing proposal on DPS & DMS solution designed.
ü
Provide training to SDC Central team on technical knowledge and bring them up to speed to do low complex solution scoping and proposal writing.
ü
Provide Customized Services Sales Support to Sales Team.
ü
Focus on Customized Services to ensure smooth operation of Customized Services offering & delivery process.
ü
Ensure service delivery to customer in meeting the custom bid SLA.
ü
Maintain Good Relationships with Dell Sales Team in enabling them to sell  Services.
ü
Maintain and update Custom Bid Report on weekly basis.
ü
To co-lead the custom bid operation team and expanded scope of responsibilities for some management reporting functions.
ü
Providing IT environment consultancy to customer.
ü
Liaise with Dell Service Provider to obtain quotation for Customized Services.
ü
Negotiate with  Service Provider in relation to Custom Bid.
ü
Prepare Custom Bid Proposal for  Sales Team.
ü
Work with SMARTS team for Coding of Custom Bid.  
ü
Coordinate Customized Services Dispatch for Customer according to Custom Bid Proposal.

Qualifications

ü
Degree in Computer Science/IT studies or equivalent.
ü
Proficiency in written and verbal English/Mandarin. Language skill sets in Mandarin etc. would be an advantage. Based in Xiamen.
ü
Minimum 4-5 years of working experience, IT/Services Sales or similar experience preferred.
ü
Pleasant personality with positive attitude; willingness-to-learn.
ü
Good negotiation skill, computer knowledge is essential.
ü
Good analytical mind and communication skills.
ü
Goal/career oriented and self motivated.
ü
Ability to perform under pressure.
ü
Must be able to work independently
