1: 例如如果电脑电源功率不足，那么硬盘磁头将反应复位，如果长期这样，硬盘损坏是就很理解容量了。____________(多少电源功率才称不足,IBM的包装说明上有限制----(RATED:5V 300mA,12V 500mA)?这不是设计缺陷是什么? ),也许我有些过激!但IBM的硬盘DTLA-307030玻璃系列 CAPACITY:30.7GB P/N:07N5639 S/N:YKTRN914 MADE IN PHILIPPINS PS!!!!我的确实坏了,现象:死机硬盘灯不停的闪，再后来重启系统就不能被识别了，硬盘狂响，发出令人感觉到“恐怖”的声音……，(不死心)但居然能在98启动盘的引导下重新分区(和刚买时一样!!!没有异样),格式化时发现坏道并且过不去!!!你说我能不气吗?(不会是水货吧!!!),刚过一年的包换期.(没招!!!来个硬盘DIY,

2: 从准官方-IBM硬盘总代理环亚电脑处得到的消息，笔者感觉则更平淡些，他们表示近来收到用户的来信并没有比以往有所增加，而且也没有实际表明IBM 硬盘真出现问题了，所以他们自己也不好说.?????这是回信,但我的英文不好!!!麻烦帮忙翻译一下
