【补充】
1. 该职位是一个engineer职位并不是一个管理职位，发展方向是朝高端技术方面，高level的engineer发展的，希望像管理类职位发展的candidate慎重，但其薪水未必会低于管理该职位的
manager。
2. 该职位要求对高端服务器小型机了解，如HP9000，IBM RS6000，SUN的高端
服务器都可。另外，对unix（Solaris,AIX,Tru64）有相当了解的资深engineer我们也持十分欢迎的态度。若获得HP UX试用管理认证（SUN、IBM相关认证也可）最佳。
3. 有过大型系统管理支持经验的人员最佳。（如银行ATM系统，电信
网通计费系统等关键业务系统）
4. 该职位服务于企业用户，接触国际最新进的技术线，现
招聘一线的engineer，但优秀的engineer也可自荐做2线的engineer。
5. 有HP9000服务器，Alpha服务器，HP unix操作系统，TRU 64操作系统相关经验最佳

因看到CU网友的一些要求，将我所知的一些信息再补充如下：
1. 前线的薪水range 9k封顶，一般在5k-8k左右，要求3年维护经验。
后线的薪水range从9k到23k不等，看能力而定，但是根据本人的经验，一般不会超过15k，除非能力突出者。要求5年以上维护经验。
