1. Perform installations, preventive and remedial maintenance of storage equipment at customer locations and in different operating environments, with limited supervison as directed by management;
2. Adhere to administrative policies and escalation procedures;
3. Four years directly related experience in field service environment, servicing computers and peripherals;
4. Knowledge of Windows and other Open software system are required.
5. The position is base in Shanghai
