Description

Provide technical support on high-end products(Server/Storage/EMC/Advanced Software) to the customer through hotline troubleshooting
Investigate the root cause of the issues further to make sure of the issue resolved timely
Solve most of software issue through telephone communication and send the onsite engineer to solve the hardware failure and follow it up till closed.
Maintain the best customer satisfaction and customer experience by prompt, professional solution to solve the customer’s issue and good communication skill to delight the customer.
24x7 night support and frequency over time working is necessary
With aggressive activity and interests to deal with both technical issue and non-technical complaint

入职要求概略:
本科以上相关学历
3~5年IT技术领域经验
良好英文读写能力
灵活的沟通和应变能力
