Solution Consultant
Job Description:
This position will responsible for development and
execution of strategy to grow China Enterprise business growth through local solution partner with Partner business
manager and hp sales.
Drive specific industry solutions activities from technical aspect with local partner, PBM and Sales, this include porting, optimizing, reArchitect partner’s solution and bundle with HP product portfolio
Support key deals to successful with PBM, sales
Drive sharing of best practices activities in this area among HP internal, partners, and customer
Cooperation with marketing team to roll-out of relevant marketing programs
Develop collateral, sales kit, white paper to facilitate the enterprise selling process
Qualification:
Comprehensive understanding of enterprise product, technology, solutions and competitive landscape such as enterprise consolidation, virtualization and high availability solution,…etc.
Demonstrated track record for solution selling in one of the specific industry, such as
Telecom, Finance, Public Sector, Manufacture and Distribution industry, ensuring a good balance of sales and technical delivery capability within the practice
Be Subject Matter Expert for one of the following area: Database, Middleware, UNIX, storage, management software such as Openview
3+ years selling and/or delivering highly complex technical solutions,
2+ years of external consulting experience serving as a technical advisor to clients
Must have proven experience overseeing the successful completion of customer or partner solutions and strategies based on the analysis of customer business goals and needs.
Strong track record in exceeding internal/external customer expectations
Familiarity with HP enterprise products is prefer
Got bachelors Degree or above
Have relevant Technical Certifications
