Concatenate Expansion:
        Instant capacity expansion
        Can mix different RAID types and capacities
        Cannot mix FC and ATA
        Cannot mix RAID-0 with other RAID types (parity protected)
Stripe Expansion:
        All data accessible to host during re-striping
        Additional capacity available only re-striping completes
        Speed of re-striping can be adjusted
        Same RAID type and same size of base LUN
        Cannot mix FC with ATA
        Expansion rates (GB/h): Low(4), Med(6), High(12), and ASAP
Only FLUs can be added to MetaLUNs.
Destroying the metaLUN unbinds all component FLUs.
Only the last component of a metaLUN can be expanded by striping
