集成商解析是EMC与Veritas的faileover的参数不一致与起的，我也认同，因为上次Veritas工程师打补丁的时候我就发现有问题，Veritas工程师做出来的效果与Veritas原厂资料效果不一样，我当时就提出了异议。但当时这个不是重点，所以没有深究。
  现在EMC盘柜更换SP通道之后，每天查看日志，显示稳定，没有异常。而小机上的日志则有些反常。而且在工作上有一些影响，如每当出现这样的报警信息，结算的所花时间就会增加，而且增加比较快，这是有问题的，因为每天的业务量都差不多，当天结算所用时间应该不会相差太大。
  10月26日，我正常查看日志，发现系统已经启用新日志，再查看一下存储设备的情况，用format命令查看，退出来之后，再查看日志，发现日志里又出现了kern.waring级别的报警信息。
  昨天集成商过来解析说是faileover的参数没设好，因为Veritas方面要求设为2，而EMC方面要求设为1，两方面不统一，才出现上述情况，同时说，在5月份EMC盘柜崩盘的主要原因就是因为Veritas与EMC在这个点上没有达成一致，各做各的，才导致问题出现。
  faileover到底是为2还是1 ？

取决于是否使用了powerpath或者有没有其它路径管理软件

偶原来用Emulex卡卡在Solaris上也经常会有link up，link down的提示。从250到6500，各种机器都一样。不过没有影响性能。用PowerPath和VxVM DMP都一样。我觉得像Solaris的问题，在AIX上就一直没问题。
