Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency as a leader of individual contributors in a professional environment. Experience with hiring and developing technical sales expertise. Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as effective human relations and presentation skills are required.
Education/Experience/Key Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering discipline or equivalent training and industry experience. Minimum of 10 years of senior systems and storage management, technical sales or consulting experience along with previous sales or technical leadership experience.- Presentation skills - Communicates clearly in writing- Communicates effectively verbally- Skilled in negotiation- Establishes positive internal relationships withy colleagues and management peers- Demonstrates high ethics and integrity – is respected- Recruitment and selection- Retention of quality individuals- Sets high expectations- Identifies and addresses performance issues as they arise
