你要没配置，系统是不会自动干预vcs的资源，如果你手工在另外的节点online，比如说：mount volume，你就会看到这条信息

vcs会帮助监测一些资源的状态。
对于failover的service group，当管理员手工的把resource启动，如果该service group在另一个节点online,vcs会把手工刚刚启动的resource online下来。

我试了一下,VCS不容许我将一个已经ongline的资源在另一个节点上online,
