"Lead Datacenter and Server related project in Asia to integrate
server management and support for R&D and manufactory;
Take lead the Unix and Linux related project;
Also have responsibility to implement new Backup and Storage system across in Asia through coordinating with local execution team "
职位描述：
Bachelor Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalents
At least 5 years of relevant IT experience.
Solid English communication skill
Technical Skills:
Technically strong in designing & supporting two or more of the following technologies/platforms/applications:
Windows 2000 Servers, UNIX and Linux Servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, DDTS, ClearCase, Doors and Web applications.
Experience with design & support and implementation of server.
Experience with design & support and implementation of storage and backup system: SAN, NAS, Backup Exec & Net Backup…
Experience with managing vendors or contractors will be advantageous.
Personal Traits/Soft Skills:
Ability to work across multiple groups to initiate and drive project execution.
Strong process and program management skills (e.g. Six Sigma, PMI, ITIL, etc.)
Excellent team player.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in multiple areas of infrastructure: networks, servers, telephony, etc.
Proven ability to optimize return on investment and drive cost reduction.
Ability to lead multiple projects to closure
Ability to communicate and interact with different team.
Effective change management skills.
Key points:
* ENG oral capability
* above 2-year UNIX technique support experiences
* project implementation and delivery experiences is a plus
