Job Description:
Responsibilities include: Debug and customer support, performance & competitive analysis, training materials, localization and maintenance of product documentation, data sheets, white papers.
Work closely with customers, suppliers and engineering teams as well as factory and field sales teams to close design wins
The position will require travel and customer interactions including demonstrations and training events
Requirement:
Should have a strong software background and demonstrated knowledge of SAN Storage platforms, working knowledge of current mid-level storage solutions, specifically storage
protocols such as Fibre Channel and
iSCSI as well as RAID
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin and experience directly supporting strategic customers
Must have experience in supporting storage systems / environments
A minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience and MS EE/CSE preferred
