1) Senior hardware technical
manager
Requirements
• BS/MS of Science/Engineering
• 5+ years strong hardware (board design) R&D experiences
• 2+ years technical management experience
• Storage/network system/subsystem development experience a plus
• Fluently speaks and
writes in English and Mandarin, English is capable of working language.
• Self-starter who is highly motivated and driven
• Strong leadership, organization, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with energy and passion.
Essential Functions
• Direct report to R&D director
• Manage and coordinate development activities with hardware engineering teams.
• Responsible for planning, staffing and coordinating effort to define, design, develop and qualify all hardware projects
• Responsible for the definition, development and delivery of features and enhancements all hardware projects
• Technical lead and advisory to engineers and section managers
• Technical solution evaluation and recommendations
• Responsible for project schedule driving, engineering performance analysis and management
• Position requires knowledge of various storage technologies from a system, component and hardware perspective.
• A track record of delivering technology related solutions for storage products will be a plus
• Closely work with software and mechanical teams for system level planning and design

2) Senior Software technical manager

3) Senior product manager
Requirements
• BS/MS of MBA/Science/Engineering
• 3+ years product management experiences
• 2+ years storage technical marketing experience
• Storage system/subsystem R&D experience a plus
• Fluently speaks and writes in English and Mandarin, English is capable of working language.
• Self-starter who is highly motivated and driven
• Strong leadership, organization, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with energy and passion.
Essential Functions
• Direct report to R&D direct for product management
• Storage marking and technical direction analysis
• Technical solution evaluation and recommendations
• Closely work with development team for product definition
• Understanding of technology & R&D process and ability to conduct quantitative primary analysis to uncover key trends that will drive product strategy.
• Drive the product reviews with engineers, provide regular updates, business analysis, justification and recommendations to executive management as needed.
• Closely work with customers to support marketing analysis in developing comprehensive launch plans, including creating product positioning messages, pricing, forecasting, competitive analysis, and product promotions.
• Create product specifications, marketing/production requirement documents (MRD/PRDs) and marketing tools.
