熟悉SAN、NAS结构，了解大型SAN的设计和交换机的结构/原理，精通各种容灾技术和各厂商的产品产品。

*Learn and deliver assigned standard IBM intermediate to advanced
level courses in a curriculum path. Audience may includeIBM employees,IBM
end-user customers, partners, resellers, distributors or systems
integrators. Courses will be assigned based on area of technical expertise.
Teaching assignments may be located at IBM Education facilities or customer
sites worldwide.
*Learn new course content by participating in class sits and defined
cross training activities.
*Maintain control of the class by mentoring students, answering their
questions and adhering to the time schedule. Monitor lab activities,
ensuring completion of each lab module.
